GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We ask that you carefully read the following terms and conditions of sale. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our general conditions. 

Internal Payment 

Any camper or customer undertakes to respect and accept the internal regulations, the general conditions and the opening hours of the campsite. These details are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and on the website. 

 Otherwise, the campsite reserves the right to take the appropriate decision if necessary (expulsion without notice or refund of customers who fail to comply with the rules of procedure). Accommodation rates are displayed including tax (VAT rate of 10% in ). Any subsequent change to the applicable VAT rate may result in a change to the price inclusive of VAT which the customer accepts without reservation. 

 The adult signatory is responsible for the equipment leased to him. They must be able to prove that they have civil liability insurance. 

It is strictly prohibited to smoke in common and in accommodation. 

Pitches 

The camper accepts the pitch as is. eleases the campsite from liability in the event of damage due to bad weather, natural disasters and in the event of theft 

The pitch must be vacated and restored to its original state at the end of the stay and by the specified time. 

Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. 

Tents, caravans or motorhomes must be set up in the pitch indicated, in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or their representative. In case of an extension of the initial stay, campsite users are requested to notify the reception desk at least 24 hours before their planned departure to arrange payment for additional fees and subject to availability of pitches. 

Payment for the stay: 

A deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay is required upon booking. It will be deducted from the amount of the stay. The balance is due on arrival. Departures are before 12pm and arrivals from 2pm. 

The Accommodation: 

 The booking will only be effective after receipt of the rental contract, duly completed and signed, accompanied by the deductible deposit representing 25% of the total amount of the stay. The accommodation is strictly personal: it is prohibited to sublet or transfer the accommodation to third parties. Departures must be made before 10:00 a.m. by appointment at the reception and after inventory of fixtures and arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. An inspection of the premises is made when you leave.A deposit is requested on arrival to cover any costs of damage to the accommodation. It is €300 for a two-bedroom rental and €350 for a 3-bedroom accommodation. This deposit will be returned to you after an inspection at the end of the stay. The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. 

 AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES 

 In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the Customer, for any reservation, this contract will be automatically terminated and the sums will retained the campsite. You must inform us of any potential delay in your arrival in order to keep your accommodation. Without any news from you within 24 hours following the scheduled arrival time, payments made will not be refunded. Any stay started is due in full: no discount will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. The campsite reserves the right to re-rent at the first request. Visitors must register at the reception. 

• Modifying your stay 

The customer can request the modification of his/her stay (date or type of accommodation) on written request to the campsite (by post or email), subject to availability and feasibility 

No postponement to the following season will be accepted. In the absence of modification, the customer must make his stay under the initial booking conditions. 

Any request to extend the duration of your stay or change your accommodation will be subject to availability and current rates. 

Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival or early departure) due to your own actions will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason provided. 

• For any cancellation 

In case of a cancelled, delayed or shortened stay: 

Any cancellation must be made by mail or email 15 days before the date of the stay. Starting from the 3rd day of the stay, unless the client has notified of their delay, the accommodation is considered canceled, and the management reserves the right to make the mobile home available to others. The deposit will be retained except in cases of force majeure. 

THE VISITORS 

 Visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. They are required to register upon arrival and are considered additional persons to the stay if they spend the night at the campsite. They are admitted between 11am and 11:30 pm. Visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campsite. They must be parked outside the campsite. 

THE ANIMALS 

Pets are accepted provided they are quiet, vaccinated, and either tattooed or microchipped.  NOTE: Animals must be kept on a leash at all times. They are not allowed near the swimming pools and in the buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date. Category 1 “attack dogs” are strictly prohibited “as well as category 2” guard dogs “. 

THE TRAFFIC 

Inside the campsite, vehicles must travel at a limited speed of 10 kilometres per hour. Traffic is prohibited between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The campsite gate is permanently closed during this time. Additional vehicles must be outside the campsite. 

NOISE 

Nighttime quiet must be observed by all campers between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM at the campsite. 

In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, the manager or their representative may expel those responsible. In case of a criminal offense, the Manager may call the police. 

THE POOL AND PLAYGROUND  

The camper must respect the internal rules of the swimming pool. Access to the swimming pool is reserved for campers. The manager may prohibit access to the swimming pool in the event of non-compliance with the regulations. 

Outdoor games are available for children. They will have to respect the instructions and the games. 

The children remain under the responsibility of the parents or the persons who have custody of them.
